Established in 1998, Xiamen Huipeng Imp. & Exp. Co. Ltd produces a wide range of bags. Our factory is located in Quanzhou, Fujian province. The location is convenient for visiting and shipment. In order to keep our factories develop steadily and continually, we have our own normative workshops and provide our staff with good living standards. With over 15,000 square meters workshop and 400 sets sewing machines, every order will be proceed on our 16 production lines which are operated by our 400 well-trained and skilled staffs. Our monthly capacity is about 300,000pcs. Usually we offer prompt delivery within 25 to 30 days.
OEM&ODM business are welcome. Our 20 R&D staffs can turn your designs, drawings, ideas to a real sample within five to seven days. We also deal with our own brand "HAPNT".
All our operations are ISO 9001:2008 certified. There are 40 online QC/QA and five general QC to control the quality. Quality control department is an unattached unit which enhances production techniques to minimize future defects. We scrutinize raw materials before mass production. QC inspections are conducted on materials cutting, sewing, assembly and packing. And a final random inspection is performed before shipment. Our quality and cost-effective manufacturing have attracted the attention of renowned companies, such as Sports Direct, Auchan, Footlocker and Tesco.
